Life Along the Nile General Tour Itinerary

Take a look at our basic itinerary to get an idea of what every day can look like. Our Spiritual tours have a different itinerary, click on the button at the bottom to select the tour you are interested in. You'll get a more detailed itinerary based on the experience you choose.
Day #1: ARRIVAL
Meet and assist by our Tour Leader then drive you by air-conditioned private Car to your hotel in which you will be assisted by our Tour Leader for check-in, then, overnight in Giza.
Day #2: GIZA
Rise and shine for a good breakfast at your hotel. Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, lunch in local restaurant, then visit Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx. Dinner and overnight in Giza.
Day #3: CAIRO/LUXOR
Wake up & enjoy a quick breakfast before checking out. You’ll be transferred to Cairo airport to board an Egypt Air flight to Luxor. Embarkation, Lunch, then visit Luxor Temple and Karnak temple complex. Dinner and Overnight on board.
Day #4: LUXOR/EDFU
Visit King’s Valley, then visit Hatshepsut temple, Colossi of Memnon. Lunch, sail to Edfu. Dinner. Optional Tour: Early morning Hot Air Balloon over Luxor. Cost approx. $130 per person. Overnight on board.
Day #5: EDFU/KOM OMBO
Visit the temple in Edfu. Then Lunch. After that, sail to Kom Ombo, visit temple. Dinner and overnight on board. Sail to Aswan.
Day #6: PHILAE TEMPLE/DAM
After breakfast visits High Dam, Old Dam, Unfinished Obelisk Then visit Philae temple. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day #7: ABU SIMBEL
Early rise to Abu Simbel to experience the temples of Rameses and Queen Nefetari. Return to Aswan for lunch and depart to airport and back to Cairo. Dinner and overnight in Cairo.
Day #8: SAQQARA/DASHUR
Saqqara, which sits just south of Giza, is home to several other pyramids, including the “step” pyramid of Djoser and the “red” pyramid in Dashur. Dinner and overnight in Giza.
Day #9: DEPARTURE TO AIRPORT
Depending on your return flight home, you may be able to rise and shine for a good breakfast at your hotel.Transfer to airport for final departure. End of tour and cruise. Thank you for touring with us! See you next time!
